Meet Dr. Hall

Dr. Emily E. Hall, originally from Franklin, North Carolina, has been providng premium periodontal care since 1998 to Western North Carolina. Dr. Hall recieved a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995 and then completed a residency in periodontology in 1998 at the University of North Carolina. While completing her periodontal residency, Dr. Hall also recieved a Master of Public Health at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Hall was the first periodontal resident at UNC Dental School to obtain a degree from the UNC School of Public Health while in the periodontal residency program. Dr. Hall became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2004.

As a dental student at the University of North Carolina Dental School, Dr. Hall won the Annual Student Award of American Periodontology. She was selected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and was honored by an appointment to the Who’s Who Among Dental Students in America.

Dr. Hall is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology,
the North Carolina Dental Society, the North Carolina Society of Periodontists, and the WNC Dental Society .

Dr. Hall was the first female periodontist to practice in Western North Carolina. She is also the first periodontist in Western North Carolina to receive training in Laser Periodontal Therapy and provide this treatment in her practice. The focus of this practice is to provide the most current, conservative and effective techniques in the area of periodontal therapy and implant dentistry in a caring, clean and comfortable environment.
